Inserting php page in a html window?

Hi everyone, im new in more ways then one

im using dreamweaver to build my site and am wanting to insert my bullitin board page inside a window in my html template but have no clue how to go about doing this.

ive tried going the other way and pasting the code from my template into the php page which does ok for background and images but kills my menu

.

any help would be appreciated.

Did you try putting your page within an Iframe?
