You'll probably need to narrow your scope or ask particular questions to get much help around here. I'll see if I can provide a starting point: There are plenty of companies out there that provide online training, both for companies and for students (visumllc.com and elanguage.com as examples off the top of my head). Through Flash presentations, online quizzes and drills, etc., the Internet provides a good multi-media resource for learning. You might take a look at the University of Phoenix online -- it's an exclusively online university. Dig around to get some general info and once you've narrowed your scope a little, maybe some members of the board will be able to point you to other more specific resources.
