Plugins for Internet Explorer 6.0

Can anyone give me any information regarding how to go about programming plugins for msie 6.0 and/or point me in the direction so I can read up on it a bit?

I was recently given my first freelance assignment as a programmer to code a plug in and was hoping that someone could give me any advice before I begin the assignment.

Also..Can anyone give me any information regarding how to go about programming plugins for msie 6.0 and/or point me in the direction so I can read up on it a bit?

Thanks in advance.

plugins

The Apple Quicktime dev site has a good tutorial. There are lots of plugins, but this may help. The trick with IE is knowing what classid values to use in the object tag.
