I've installed .NET Framework and also downloaded Redistributable but how can i run ASP.NET....?

You ARE running it, right now. Scary, huh? It doesn't do much though if you don't have compiled asp.net applications on your web server. If you want to start making some asp.net apps right now then download web matrix for free at www.asp.net

Say!!! ASP.NET code first need to be compiled....!!! Actually i dont know abuot it... because I'vnt got any asp.net book and Im going to learn it via tutorial on ASP.net...

Yes...I've got IIS 5.0 Installed...

Actually, I want to run ASP.NET via IIS... not via Metrix Server(it works fine)...

did u install IIS after uve installed asp.net ? cuz that screws up the Isapi filter settings

You are right James... cupple of days ago i've uninstalled and then reinstalled the IIS... Now what can i do to run ASP.NET...

remove the .net framework and reinstall it AFTER u've installed IIS. Then it iwll setup the IIS for you. There are ways to set it up manually but its pain in the a$$
