ActiveX Documents when viewed in IE does not show up completely.

I have an application which displays data in ActiveX documents.

In all previous builds of the application the entire document used to be scrollable. If the container is smaller than the document, horizontal and/or vertical scroll bars are automatically displayed by the container to permit other areas of the document to be scrolled into view.

However, when I made a new build, the scrolling seems to be limited to only a part of the entire document. It happened across all Activex Documents when viewed in IE in different projects.

Is there something I am missing while making the build ?
Please help.
