Approving pending articles tutorial

Hi,

Be gentle with me please. I am looking for a tutorial on how to create a system where someone submits an article or an image to my site. I want the article to be "pending" then I will decide whether it is suitable or not.

Any ideas on how I can do this - I'm a designer with limited asp skills but keen and getting better.

Also, threadid=1062 on this site has some pointers on setting up an articles database. (but doesn't include the pending approval process)
