Question ask for an information about sending a mail

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to send automatically a mail with Lotus Notes giving the name with some text in order to boost by mail.

Thanks.
Linelisa.

send a mail automatically

Boost for me means "relance".
Because I want to remind a person which is not achieved his task that he is delayed about his task.

Yes, the user must use a tool clicking on a command button to scan all task not achieved and send automatically (without click on "SEND") a mail to these persons.

Please to help.
Linelisa.
