Change the date format of Web Server.

I Have used Comparevalidator control to check the date format.. Default date Fornat is mm/dd/yyyy. When I am running the application using my local machine's IIS ....... It works.........

But I have deployed the application on Other Machine....... At the Client side, it wokrs fine..... Suppose I Enter a date 01/30/2004.....
It works....
But when I click on Submit button...... It goes to the server and gives error that Invalid Date..... And wont allow me to add a record..

Can Any one help me, How to change the datetime format of the APPLICATION or the web server.....

I have already tried to change the Session.LCID = 1033.
And Even I tried to change the regional Settings of the Machine...
But it doesnt work.....

Please HELP ME..................
