Condition property

in my setup project, i created a Checkbox UI interface and assigned a checkboxproperty as SETUP, value sets to Checked.

in the File Systems, there is a file item where for its condition property, i entered the the text >> SETUP

the expected behavior is that when the checkbox is unchecked during installation, the associated file item is not installed based on the condition property.

I have tried but this has not worked .therefore, i need help on just exactly how is the condition property evaluated or how can i evaluated the state of the Checkbox UI as described, what is the syntax to check the state of the CheckBox in the Condition property

The MSDN documentation is not very helpful.
