how can i do the vb programming but using flash interface?

One way you can do this is by making the Flash program make a call to an ASP page, where your VBScript code lies. If you want a tutorial for this, check out: http://www.smartwebby.com/Flash_and...P_gets_data.asp

How about i wish 2 hav full flash interface in VB6 or VB.net?

Yes, Visual Basic has a Flash component that you can use with Visual Studio. It allows you to place flash animations inside your VB application and interact with them.
