Hello...
How can I access the Global.asa file in the subdirectory. i.e I've got a Chat Script Located in D:\intepub\wwwroot\PM\Chat this chat path hasnot got any virtual directory aliase. The Chat folder is located in my parent project directory PM. Chat script uses the global.asa file to clear the application variable whenever the application starts. I've placed global.asa file in Chat Directory but it doesnt works. i've also placed it at root ie PM but that also doesnt works. i've also created the Chat folder's virtual directory but it doesnt access the Session Variables. Now how can i access the Global.asa in Chat directory. Thanks... |

You need to have the global.asa file under the root directory of your web server. You'll need to setup a virtual dir for your chat script for it to work also. Checkout these links for a bit of help:
