Grabbing data on the fly

Hi Just a quick question does anyone know where I can download the code to a very useful article I found here at dev articles, I just can't seem to find it although it does tell you in the article that it is available for download.

The article is called "Grabbing data on the fly" and it was written by Phanix Chen on the 8th dec 2001.

Its basically exactly what I want to do but I can't get it to work with the code that is there I think I maybe missing a bit somewhere.
