How I can increase scrollbar of dataGrid like the Display of window Control Panel

Hi All

Who know ... How I can set scrollbar width or height in Visual.net
programming and have the result like DISPLAY program in
Windows Control Panel do when press button [apply]

"I've tried to set it with the registry method but it still have
the result when only start windows again. And it's not my
result need."
