IE MAC document.designMode = "on" issue
Hi,
document.designMode = "on" is not working in MAC IE5.0 is there any solution. Where as microsoft is claiming that it should work in MAC machine. There is another solution given by microsoft is the DHTML Editor. This will not work in MAC that is because MAC is not supporting ACTIVEX control.(I have tried enabling the security). Please Help. Hi Rajeevi,
Where did you read that Microsoft supported designMode on IE for Mac? IE's implementation on Mac is *behind* that of Windows, and I am sure that Microsoft said they didn't support it on a Macintosh, that's why we could only recommend that the WYSIWYG editing articles work on IE5+ on Windows... |
