Music E-zine System

Hi there,

I am trying to setup a music e-zine/portal system. The project is totaly unfunded and its run by a team of music lovers. I have a basic knowledge of ASP, XML and web technology but am wondering if someone can lend me some insight on setting up the system.

Would it be worth developing in ASPx? The design can be found at URL The problem I am trying to solve is setting up the scriptto serperate template from news articles, and seperating the articles into catergories. Ive worked out the basic method, but if someone could point me towards relevant articles & tutorials I would be thankful.
