Please Help

I'm using Access 2002 at work and am creating a report. A certain field on the report will contain the name of a department here at my place of employment. There are about 8 different departments that could be entered in that field.

What I would like to have happen is that when the report is printed, the color of the font in that field will change depending on which department is listed in that field. I am assuming I would have to have a certain VBA code written for this, but I have to idea where to start, and no idea how to link that code to that field when the time comes. Can anyone help??
