VB6 - Buttons and forms newbie

Ok here we go...get ready everyone

Alright guys,

I'm probably the biggest newbie you'll ever meet. I know about as much of VB6 as an american baby knows Japanese...so take it step by step please cause I'm a visual learner...if I can picture this I can understand this.

anyway, heres my problem..I JUST learned how to click a command button and have the browser window go to a webpage. now...I have I think 8 command buttons, 2 disabled. I want a 9th button that brings up another form asking for a password, and when entered correctly, the 2 boxes become enabled and active..how do I do this?
