Visual studio 2010 error

Hi i am not sure why i am getting this error in my program. "Conversion from string "" to type 'Decimal' is not valid."

I am making a front end for a database in visual studio and am trying to add a record to the database using this string. I need to get a value from a combo box on form 1.

Me.CDsTableAdapter1.Insert(TextBox1.Text, TextBox2.Text, TextBox3.Text, CDec(TextBox4.Text), TextBox5.Text, TextBox6.Text, CInt(Form1.ComboBox1.SelectedValue))

Any help would be great!

Unlike a traditional debugger, that records only the currently active stack, IntelliTrace records all events, such as prior function calls, method parameters, events and exceptions. Visual Studio 2010 allows the code execution to be rewound in case a breakpoint wasn't set where the error occurred.
