WHSIWYG Editor
is there any way to make the editor jump only single lines
it parses with <p> </P> tags....... it views a return as a new <p> so lines end up very spaced out. is it posible to stop it doing this? G |

I haven't tried this... but I saw this post the other day...

Press SHIFT-Enter for a <br> instead of <p>
These guys need a FAQ for the WYSIWYG and their product based on it. I actually put in a rotating "tips" bar in the status-bar like bottom of my editor because of a few quirks like this. |

Yeah been playing around with it.....
setting the src of the iFrame to another htm file with div tag works great as far as single line feed. unfortunatly copy and paste don't work and the iframe.focus(); tends to put you after the end div so as soon as you start typing it moves down to another line..... mmmm better get out those javascript books got a feeling i'm gonna need them G |
