Write/Read Text files in ASP

Hello,
I am using "CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")" in my code to write text files. It works OK on my ISP's server but does not work on my system when I use IIS. I got WinXP Pro. I think my system does not permit read/write operations to file. How do I set the permissions?

I have little ASP experience, but you might want to check the IIS directory permissions - they might be what is stopping you.

In the directory settings, read and write are both set, bit still that command doesn't work. Database access works, though.
