Reuters - Deutsche Boerse AG (DB1Gn.DE) has
ditched a second attempt in 5 years to merge with the London
Stock Exchange , caving in to a shareholder mutiny by
withdrawing a proposed 1.3 billion pound ($2.5 billion) bid.
