EU Approves Sony Consortium Buy of MGM (Reuters)

Reuters - A group headed by Sony Corp. of
America won approval from the European Commission on Thursday
to buy Hollywood film studio Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer for close to
$3 billion in cash.
