Stocks Set to Open Flat to Lower (Reuters)

Reuters - U.S. stock futures fell on Monday,
pointing to a flat to slightly lower market open, as oil prices
hit a record $58 a barrel, while shares of investment bank
Morgan Stanley rose after a newspaper report of a
possible takeover.
