Venezuela Could Post 2005 Fiscal Surplus (Reuters)

Reuters - Venezuela could post a
fiscal surplus this year rather than the deficit forecast by
the government if oil prices continue at current levels,
Finance Minister Nelson Merentes said on Saturday.
