C++ help ! Please its very importent

i got a site that i need to get into and send to people make them get in
so i tryd the programs ip changers non of them really good so i told my self **** try to do something your own so i thout of a program i dea C++ program or maybe u can do it with .bat to i dont know u tell me
and the program connect to the internet opening the browser entering the site exiting disconecting..
thats it and do it like a loop
but i just have really reallllllly basic on c++ i dont knoow it
so it sounds easy can maybe someone write a script for me and explane to me? or tell me how to control your internet through the C++ program script?
