Cant find article "Using MFC in C++ Part 5" by Mitchell Harper

I was going through a series of articles "Using MFC in C++" by Mitchell Harper.
These articles were posted in 2001.

In the first article, it is stated that there would be 10 articles on the same topic.

I found only 4 articles in the series of 10.

The first four articles in the series were very helpful to me and made the task of learnig quite easy.
But now my journey to learning has been nipped off as i cannot find Article 5 and onwards.

Please help me finding the complete series of articles.
