Hi people just signed up for an account..
Hi there hope you are all well today.
Just registered an account here on Dev Articles . I am in a 2nd semester C++ class out at the local community college. Presently, I am focusing on learning how to use functions, and seem to be having a little difficulty expressing the results in decimal numbers. I am wondering if anyone could maybe point me towards some good resources online (tutorials and the like) that may help me get a better understanding of commands like --setprecision()--static_cast<>--stuff like that. I would post the code I am working on but I don't want to seem like I am trying to get you guys to do it for me. LoL never learn it like that. Might post sections of the code later but want to work on it awhile yet to see if I can get it. -Lazerous357 ![]() |

Hi there,
Welcome to the forums. Always good to see new people joining us, especially when they are interested in learning things rather than having stuff done for them ![]() Afraid I can't really help you with your current problem though but seem to remember someone else having difficulties with setprecision and when I looked into it, it was hard to find information. Hope someone has details for you. -KM- |
