How to add a Bitmap to a dialog window

Hi,

I have a splash screen bitmap image/pict which I would like to add
to a Dialog window.
Can anyone tell me how I physically can copy or add the image to the dialog window.
Or is it done all through the programming??

I have tried to copy and past from the bitmap to dialog window but it never works.
How do I grab the image?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
