My idea for a Program(pure newb)

I've made a few online games with C++.
But for some reason i cant seem to get any examples of where to make the program i like.

What i wanted was making a program which executes the HP and MP of your character from time to time and restores it if neccesary.
Then it automaticly saves the game aswell.
I know the commands for healing and restoring MP.
I wanted to create a program where you can chose from a list which item(including spells) to use for restoring HP & MP.
And to let it auto-heal and auto-restoreMP when its below 50%.

To check how much HP/MP you have you need to move the mouse over the HP/MP gauge and it shows it in the status bar down left.
Now i was wondering how can i write a program with these functions?
I've seen similiar programs, but non of them are Open-Source and the makers aren't willing to share how they made the program with me.

I sound like a total noob i know, but if anybody could help me outa with maybe some tutorials on how to write some of these fuctions i would be very gratefull for i have no idea where to begin search :s

Then it obviously seems that you need no help since making real online games, especially a couple,
is probably one of the more harder games you will create, also plz stop lieing and then maybe I'll tell you,

Ok.. bad choice of words and start of a post. I admit. And it shouldve been ive helped make online games. But it was mostly using code that already existed and uses pieces of that code to make a new one. And it looks like Pokemon >_>.
The other thing is i havn't done it for 2 years now and frankly, i forgot all about it. But i won't go into the subject any further since its pointless.
