what should i put here?
well this can be a smart question or a stupid one but i want to know when somebody writes the program and it works and when that person wants to show somebody else their program and they dont got a compiler how do u make it so that they can use the program?

Assuming they have the same operating system, as ja said, just give them the final compiled EXE.
Please do more research before posting. We will not continue to reward such laziness.
