cookies and privacy policy

cookies and privacy policy

It seems that most people have their broswer set to "medium"
or "medium-high" when it comes to cookies. Therefore, my cookies are
not being set. Is there a way around this? Is there something I can
do? In the bottom right hand corner of the browser is a "-". When I
click on it it shows the cookies that have been blocked...then I can
choose to view the sites privacy policy. How does the browser know
where the sites privacy policy is?
