Unable to print using Crystal Report Viewer

I am unable to print using Crystal Report Viewer--only if the report has more than 1 page. I can export and move to the next page, but receive the following error message after several minutes of trying to print more than one page "Your request was cancelled. Reasons for the cancellation are shutdown of the server or inactivity. Please try again later. [On Page Server: holly.xxxx.com]" My report contains a subreport, but other than that, it is a standard report. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
