Add to database via a form
Hi, I'm trying to build an internal intranet for the college I work for. The site is almost finished but I want to add an online accident book which people can fill in, in the event of a physical injury.
I want a form that somebody can fill out and when they click OK, the form gets added to a password protected database so I can restrict access to only certain members of staff. It doesn’t even have to be a database really. Just a webpage where certain people have the ability to view, search and delete entries. I’ve been searching for scripts on the internet in various languages like java, cgi, sql, php etc but I can’t find anything suitable. Can any of you please help me out? |
