connection from http to database

how to connect to database from http because when i try it,the server is not found.

if i connect it from webpages, it's ok.

what is the connection path is important and the settings?

Depends on what database you're using.

Why would you like to do that?

I would do everything to make it IMPOSSIBLE.

Acces to a database should onle be allowed by a script. Otherwise your db is open for public, which is very dangerous.
