Database Design Help

Pls am working on a hotel online booking system agency. its a site where people can make there booking for different hotel and in different states pls can anyone help me with the database design idea on how i can go about this.

Can someone help me with any suggestions on VBA codes/books/articles etc on creating a database using Access.

I need to design a basic access based database for employee spend in an organization. I am a novice and know basic MS Access 2007.

I have already imported data sheet and would need to create a GUI for an user to be able filter data sheet and extract/export the same from the access database.

I need to learn about creating filters (basic & synchronized-so that one filter filters out the data fields in another but related filter)
