Database Design Portal

Hi everybody...I shall create a database for my as a student to store my work, finished assessments, page links and resources (eg. books etc) to it.

I came up with a design, but I've the feeling it's not quite right, because the document table which I created makes not longer sense to me, because it stores all the id from the other tables.

I think on a solution for it and it's may be so simple, but can't find the right way.

It would be very helpful, when somebody can bring me in the right direction. The screenshot of the tables it's loaded in the attachments.

Sorry, but I can't find out how to display the screenshot. I've tried to create a html page and insert the url, but the message: URL blocked - comes up...:-(

Thanks for any help.

Cheers pfrauholle

I think I know what to do. I'll split these tables into more than one database.

But when somebody knows, how to upload the picture into the post, that would be great to know. I tried different ways, but without any result...

Thanks anyway...pfrauholle
