Database for Drink Recipes

I want to create a database for drinks below is an example of the information needed to be stored.

ROB ROY
1 1/2 to 2 oz. Scotch
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters (optional)
Stir well with ice. Strain into prechilled cocktail glass. The Rob Roy is, of course, simply a Scotch Manhattan, and variations in whisky and vermouth proportions may be made to your own drinking taste. A light rather than a smoky Scotch is preferred by most people. A brandied cherry may be added for a special flourish. For a dry Rob Roy, use dry vermouth; add a twist of lemon if desired.

How do I handle the fact that drinks have variable amount of ingredients? Is it possible to create this database in normalized form?

I am completely new to db design and would greatly appreciate the help.
