Help on Product Comparison Database

I have the following data in a scattered manner.
3 products - A, B, C
Each product having a set of features - F1, F2, F3, F4
say, A is having F1, F2, F3
B is having F1, F2, F4
C is having F1, F3, F4
F1 in A has 3 inputs having different Analog properties
F1 in B has 1 input same as A but 5 inputs different from A (2 Analog, 3 Digital)
F1 in C has 2 inputs same as A, 2 inputs same as B (digital)and 2 more(1 analog, 1 digital) different inputs.
The numbers are not limited and can extend upto 50 or more properties. Dynamically the tree extends upto 10 child levels.
I want to store the info in a format so that if i can compare the products based on each features or each inputs or any new property. Say if i want to query all features having analog inputs of certain type, or i want all the inputs used by B and C by not A, or all the F2 features digital input properties etc.

Can anyone help me on how to create this kind of database.

Whats wrong with a standard mysql table?

You could have fields for each feature, or a field called features which is encoded 1|3|7 to say that it has feature 1,3 and 7
