how can i take the table names of a database

i am looking for a way to populate a combobox with the table names of a database. I there a method or sql command tha can do this?Can you please tell me how?

I also want to create a function tha fetches the names of the rows of a cetrain table.

I assume you are using MSSql Server... Try taking a look into the table: syscolumns.
