Im Looking for a Template URGENTLY!!!!!
Im looking for a template or even a ready to go database that i can modify. Its for a small medical surgery, needs to be able to make appointments, view and add clients and list treatments and problems they may have. If anyone knows of one please let me know.

You're better off designing the database on your own... Anything regarding medical surgery sounds important, so I'm sure you would want full control over what it can handle.
If doing it yourself isn't an option, I'd advise you look for a full package program and not just a database template... I'm sure there's many companies that offer enterprise solutions to medical organizations, I just don't know of any =)

Thanks buddy. Your proberley right. Ill see how i go i dont know to much about access thats why i was looking for something already designed for me but ill see how i go.
