Maybe you can help?

the following link is what i'm trying to work on but not a lot of knowledge on how or where to begin.

This is for my job. I would like to be able for all of our branches be able to input data daily (web based user/admin interface) and be able to view it array it from an admin/user area. Note it would need to calculate totals, percents, and be able to update daily, weekly, yearly etc... I would also need it to be able to add and delete route numbers.

I've checked into dhtmlxGrid and Dataface and others that would work great but I think I could do this if guided to good tutorials and other tools or knowledge. I would gain knowledge and thats why I'm attempting this.
If you could think of anything that would help I would highly appreciated it
