Need help adding delimiters to database

Hello all:

Need help with a report that is in text format with : delimiters. I would like to know if there is
a way for someone to add additional : delimiters to a string already contained with
another delimiter. For example:

KTDB:270:115700- 6:C/CH:1:+56-26-36-37-61-89

I need to find a way to delimit out the last string like (+56:-26:-36:-37:-61:-89) I would transfer
this text file into a Access Database. Each one of these numbers is a reporting center used to
identify a specific type of service for a customer. Plus means add and the minus means discontinue

Any help would be most appreciated.
