Oracle enterprise manager + packages/procedures

Can anyone give me/or point may to examples of creating packages and bodies within oracle enterprise manager. I've managed to create packages error free but never bodies. All the examples I see on the net have stuff like "create or replace" which appears to not be required in enterprise manager.

My apologies but I'm new to oracle (used to SQL server) and am trying to finish a project before I go on leave at the end of this week.
