Room Booking System Help!

I am in desperate need of help! For some unforseen circumstances i have fallen behind at university at the end of my course and was hoping that someone could save me.

I need to create a database using Mysql & PHP for a Room Booking System for a school. I need staff names, subjects, time, date and room number, i would like the user to have the ability to register a room booking. Each user will be given a username and password. Please help as i need the sql code and php, doesnt matter how it looks as long as its basic. ive looked on google for scripts but all they are offering is the download of software. please help!

Reply's a bit late maybe -- but Meeting Room Booking System is the best one I've seen online that's PHP-based and uses MySQL.
