error

hi mytch,

nice article... but somehow i got some problem stuck here.

i have follow through your article and when i'm run the test file 'hello.php'

e:\php\php -q hello.php

it returns this error...

Unable to load dynamic link library 'E:\php\extensions\php_gtk.dll' - A device attached to the system is not functioning

so maybe i forgot to put the extensions in my php.ini. i add those lines...

extension=php_gtk.dll

on my php.ini

it still produce the same error but this time a pop up windows says the same thing as above?

i'm currently using Apache (1.3.24), PHP (4.2.3) and it is install as Apache Module.

thanks in advance

dll problems

I have a similar problem to the person that posted the only other comment. I cannot get this to work on Windows 2000.

I get this message in a popup:

The procedure entry point _ecalloc could not be located in the library php4ts.dll

There are various errors displayed in the command window - which I'm sure are a result of the above problem.

I have downloaded and installed the most recent bin for Windows.
Does anyone have a solution?
Thank you.

hi!

this is also a problem with the german umlauts (cannot find any other word in my dictionary then this ): δόφί... don't know a word-around, sorry.

but i've some other problems with pgp-gtk. i add a box to the main window and packed a table to this box. in this table i want to attach some labels and a menubar, but they are all centric ordered. how can i left-justify them? i didn't find anything about this in the online documentation on URL

greets,
matt

Released: PHP-GTK 1.0.0

Hey all,

Not really on topic with the current discussions, but I thought I'd let everyone know that PHP-GTK 1.0.0 has been released. It's the first major release in over a year, and the last that will function with PHP4.

Perhaps issues relating to accents and non-standard text have been addressed. If not, I would suggest submitting a bug report to notify the team of the issue.
