Question Late Binding and passing Params

I have two objects created with late binding through the Activator. I am able to InvokeMethod on them but one method in particular has me stumped. I need to pass in the LPDISPATCH of the second object as a parameter in a method on the first object? How do I peform this casting or transformation?

Thanks,
Philip
