Flash Movie Overlapping Page?

I have seen this before but I can't seem to find it anymore. What I want is i have a flash dropdown menu and when I put it on a page I want it to sit on top of the content of the page without it pushing them down, or out of the way if you will. Let me know if you can help. ty

For this you will have to put the Flash movie in a absolutely positioned DIV

<div style='position:abolute; top:100px; left:100px'>
