Java Script Or Flash.. Animation Logo needed!!! Help Please!

If I make mistake let me know.. but I think that animation is not graphic but programation...

Here are the details of what i want!
I need an animated logo which will unmask my website background and reveal my second background (eebay).
It needs to be either JavaScript or preferably FLASH coded.

I want 3 spotlights on a dark background which will reveal, as they randomly move around, the eebay website. The psd file will contain the original logo, the website background and an eebay screenshot.
