Need help with swf within a main swf

hey guess .. i need help .. BAD
i've been workin on this for days!

here is the main file:
http://rdotcornish.com/misc/jade/main.swf
and when u click on portfolio (top right)
it loads this file:
http://rdotcornish.com/misc/jade/portfolioBeauty.swf

so here is my problem.
when you play the portfolioBeauty.swf alone, it plays fine.
the images scroll automatically.
but when u play it from the main.swf file, the scrolling stops.
the problem is within the portfolioBeauty.fla file, which is here:
http://rdotcornish.com/misc/jade/portfolioBeauty.fla
it refers to something as _root.Alp, but in main.swf, there is no Alp.

someone PLEASE help!
