Playing an flv file when button is pressed

I am using Flash CS4.

I have a bunch of buttons that upon pressing launch different videos.

I am having a couple of issues. First, I don't want to embed any of the videos into the Flash file. So, how do I call them externally? I have created flv files from the original mov files. They live in the same directory.

The next issue is: how can I code my button so that it launches the video?
